Personality is more important than looks

 Personality is defined as the inner character and the attitude towards others. 

Looks and character are two different domains. Looks are not a measure by which one is to be judged. You might have heard something called "inner beauty", it's the beauty of the person which lies deeper than skin. Even if a person is having dashing looks, until he lacks rightfulness, he is considered a bad person. Looks won't help anyone in the long term, initially, it attracts everyone, as time passes, the only thing matters is character.

Deep inside of us, we all are biased towards beauty, suppose someone is looking for a husband for her daughter, he considers a person with good looks more biased. The criteria for deciding should be based on their character, building a character takes efforts and time. We tend to support "Black Lives Matter", but we all know inside, we ourselves are not following it. 
There is a drastic need to change the mentality of people.
The conclusion is if you really want to be happy in life, focus on building a skill & character.

Quality Many people tend to master everything they can, and they end up mastering none . World values people who are multi-expert. Ever felt like you are able to get most of your work done by yourself, but never truly mastered any? Quality is something that amazes people. You see, all the costly things and accessories are costly because of quality . Developing quality takes time. I was in 9th standard and i was an average student.  World doesnt need it beyond this point You just took a selfie from the top of mountain, the view of land is very amazing, the mountain top is a very rare spot. Now its time to upload it on instagram. But...wait! Many of us go to various places, spend amazing moments, take pictures.
